A one-time setup fee is required to initiate our services. This fee is due upon signing the contract.

You may request a refund of 50% of the setup fee within 15 days of contract signing.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

Details of ongoing fees for our services will be specified in your individual contract.

You may cancel your contract with us by providing 30 days’ written notice.

Any pre-paid fees for services beyond the cancellation date will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
